Empire, MealMart/Alle have a dilemma "in the eyes of the Kosher Consumer" are the kashrus standards being raised or lowered? They will have to leave it to the capable Rabbis, namely Alle's Rabbi Jacobowitz & Empire's Rabbi Rokeach.
And the kosher consumer will decide.
We have recently offered $3,000.00 for anyone that can tell us any significant kashrus difference between the MealMart/Alle & Empire chicken.-NO ONE CLAIMED THE BOUNTY!
The problem Of Tzomes Hagidin (which is a TREIF issue) was addressed in a previous article re: Empire, MealMart/Alle V Aarons poultry (Aaron's does not have any of those issues). Many have therefore lately switched to the Aaron brand of poultry.
NOTE: We aren't advocating for anyone, just presenting the behind the scenes facts, not theories.
For those that asked re: Aaron's Lubavitch.....One thing is clear there aren't any meshichistim there anymore, under the previous it was full of meshchistim.

So are you recommending Aaron's? What about David Elliot? What's with the "chasideshe" shochtim? Do either of them have that issue?
Yudel, this is ridiculous. You spent years convincing us of all the problems with Aaron's / Agristar
- Rav Meisels might be a great rosh hashochtim but as you put it, he has no experience running a whole hashgocho on a processing plant
- Sholom Rubashkin's Meshichist relatives are still running the plant for Hershey Friedman
- There are still Lubavitcher shochtim there (even after the big fight when Rav Weissmandl left) as long as Shor Habor remains an Agri brand
- Some of the goyishe managers convicted of criminal activity under Rubashkin are still working for Friedman. These were not petty criminal acts.
Can you hear Sholom Mordechai laughing from his cell? He never though the day would come that you would choose Agri over Alle.
Once you are advocating for Agri, what about Tevya's?
Could you please clarify your statement that the Meshichistim have departed Postville.
The OU covered up for years that Sholom was Meshichist. They had to cover it up because the OU's own RCA beis din issued a psak that Meshichistim have no neemanus in kashrus. Besides persistent rumors for years, there are pictures of Sholom in a Yechee yarmulka. Although a NYC area salesman for Agri has been spreading rumors that all of Sholom's relatives are gone, I have seen indications that 2 or 3 of them are still involved in running the plant. Not all of them moved to Monsey & elsewhere. Do you have proof that Sholom's brothers, eidims, cousins are not Meshichist?
Shor Habor is an Agri brand under Badatz Crown Heights. Where are the CHK shochtim if not in Postville?
The question has also been raised if Rav Meisels or Badatz Tartikov has kashered all the equipment. This would be most relevant in the deli department that Tartikov probably never got involved with.
Do you think that the Veitzener's a zun has now gotten enough on the job experience even if he didn't have it pre-Agri?
Rabbis Yakobovitch & Rokeach aren't going to give kashrus a chance. Each one of them for their own reasons.
F. Y. I. I don't know if they still do it, but postville used to shecht on chol hamoed for AFTER YOM TOV.
Does Agristar continue the tradition of Agriprocessors of the trucks driving on Shabbos and not paying attention to nefulos when the trucks flip over? Is Belsky still the supreme halachic authority?
Why should we care whether they're meshichistim? There's no minus in that, just ignorance. The real question should be whether it's possible that they have rejected their rebbe's life-long "Tayrah" that he is "atzmus umehus" of G-d and that you're able to "betten" him.
Do you want a non-messianic Lubavitcher who davens to his dead rabbi doing your shechita?
breslaver's daven to a dead rabbi but claiming someone who died is moshiach is christianity not judaism it is kefira the first rule is that he be a yoreh shamayim so how can you trust a kofer's shechita????? so yes i care if they are meshichistim
Breslovers daven to HaShem, not to their Rebbe ZT"L
