There is no inyan of kovush by liver because it must be broiled. This דין is by any meat that was soaking for over 24 hours. Does it become treif ?.... No ! You just can't kasher it thru mileicha.
It's NOT true that there is no inyan of kovush where broiling is required.
But I'm thinking that Alle must be freezing the birds in short order to get around this problem. Come on Yudel, you really think the Nirbater is this big of a slouch?
The chicken and meat are already kosher. If the meat and chicken are soaking in liquid for more than 24 hrs., then mileicha doesn't help; only broiling.

Who is selling livers like that?
Alle, Meal Mart among others.
When you buy chicken livers in a plastic tub in the supermarket or loose at a take out store, were they already kovush before that?
Poisek Shain says who?
